Robosys Automation’s Product Line Up and New Sectors Annual Review

2024 was a particularly exciting year for Robosys Automation. Numerous industry firsts were achieved, including the launch of a new subsea vessel control and autonomy solution, a new Digital Training Vessel for mainstream further education, launch of Robosys’ new USV autopilot and hardware, combined with continued growth for the US, with a new office unveiled to support America’s emerging offshore renewable sector, together with a new marine autonomy trials vessel.


At Oceanology International Robosys launched its new offering specifically designed to meet the demands of the 3m to 12m electric drive survey USV market. Robosys launched its first-in-class VOYAGER AI-supported USV Autopilot.

Robosys’ new Autopilot which converts unmanned surface vessels (USVs) into fully autonomous craft, whether new build or retrofit. In addition to the latest electric drives, the system also works with both analogue and digital steering systems. 


Robosys Automation was project lead of a groundbreaking initiative to integrate a new Digital Training Vessel (DTV) unmanned surface vessel (USV) into mainstream further education, to support the next generation of mariners, remote operatives, as well as marine and electrical engineers.

Two DTVs have been delivered to the South Hampshire College Group to date, which supports six further educational colleges in the Hampshire region, with plans for further roll out.


2024 also saw continued growth for Robosys Automation as it unveiled its new US office which is located in Boston, Massachusetts, to support the business’ expansion into supporting the rapidly developing American offshore renewables market.

Robosys Automation’s US office has been additionally supported by its new marine autonomy trials vessel, the “Pioneer”, which will enable the comprehensive testing of any software and hardware that is required to integrate with VOYAGER AI.


And finally, Robosys unveiled its new and first-in-class advanced subsea vessel control and autonomy solution for personnel transportation underwater, enabling the safe transit of divers in Advanced Swimmer Deliver Vehicles (ASDVs) from surface,to semi submerged, to subsea modes.
